MANUFACTURING & DELIVERY TIME

All Jewellery items are made-to-order and take about 1 to 4 days to manufacture. The estimated delivery date is listed on each item page. The date your order ships and the delivery method you choose will dictate your order delivery date. Your order confirmation email will also include the estimated delivery date.

All estimated delivery dates are calculated based on average manufacturing times and your selected delivery method. Do not account for delays caused by vendor service disruptions and/or weather delays.

We offer free standard delivery on all items to the UK.

All jewellery orders are handcrafted at our workshop in the UK and delivered via expedited courier service to the United Kingdom.

Note: Delivery times do not include the manufacturing time (see above). There may be events (e.g. extreme weather, customs clearance, inaccurate address info) that may delay delivery beyond the quoted time. We are not responsible for these delays.
